To be honest, I was sceptical at first for using any type of mediation, thinking that we should sort it out ourselves and not spend money on things like this...I was wrong. The team at Crowther's were amazing, very friendly and very professional throughout. They provided a safe and secure place to talk through the issues, on an one to one basis to begin with, and then a mediated duo session after. My ex and I had many disagreements to resolve, and it seemed we were destined for a long and costly court battle...that never happened. Crowther's were able to identify and articulate our seperate and individual points of veiw and fairly and wisely guided our conversation so we could find solutions. My ex and I went in hating eachother, but left with a lot more empathy and sympathy and were able to reach an agreement between ourselves, which would not have been possible without Crowther's. If you're getting divorced, I can't recommend them enough. They've called me a couple of times to check up and see if everything's okay and if we needed any more help- they didn't push me into spending anything and they spent the time to talk almost like a friend would. Thank you so much for helping in such a difficult time, and thank you for the follow up call, it's nice to know some people actually care; Crowther's really do. Much obliged, thank you!

Immensely dissatisfied and are in the process of official complain... Very poor service. Made me feel they are %100 connected to my ex-partner who is a local social worker, and in a nutshell unlawfully discriminated my right and my Childs well been. North East AVOID Crowther Mediation.

Its just sad that you clearly had people reviewing your business on this platform with all 5 ? ? right after my review ? ... this is just confirming the point I was trying to make so I hope people see this and avoid you. Shame on you.
