Cubitt & West done a great job selling our flat. Our Estate Agent was Elliot Campbell. Elliot was super helpful throughout the whole procedure. He updated us promptly after every viewing and was clear and honest throughout the whole process. When it came to use finding a buyer, he kept us up to date regularly to keep us in the loop with the sales process and even spent his own time out to help the seller fill out the necessary paper work in order to speed up the sale.

We were with another estate agency prior to Cubitt & West and had a very low number of viewings, so I recommend Cubitt & West if you're trying to sell your property. Big thanks again to Elliot Campbell for all of his hard work and helping us finally sell our flat after having it up for such a long time with another estate agent.
