My husband and I recently had a house viewing accompanied by Anne. She had incredible knowledge of the area, gave us lots of tips and handed us little local newsletters and booklets which contained a great amount of contacts/groups/clubs for everything in the area. Anne herself was well presented, had such enthusiasm and was just all round great.

We've also been communicating so well with Julie in the office, who has also been great with local recommendations and information. So far, we're very impressed with Cubitt and West Southwater 🙂

We bought a flat through Cubitt & West Southwater and the team were absolutely excellent throughout the process. We managed to complete within 8 weeks of first viewing the property. I had to chase our solicitor to get the deal over the line and it was quite stressful at times, but there were never any delays from C&W and they were always on hand for advice.
