Top service from Kate and her team when selling my house. This is the third time I've used Cunningtons, and twice with Kate and there is nothing negative I can say. Great service and things were sorted quickly. They were always there when I needed to speak to them. Deborah was amazing, always there and great at dealing with my queries and never made out I was too much ( although I probably was, sorry!) Very efficient conveyancing service including accelerating "Completion" when required to. The only point we would make is we felt more telephone communication would have been preferable but that's because we are older but understand that everything is dealt with by email and voicemail nowadays. Overall a great service and we would recommend Cunningtons.

We are currently involved in a conveyancing chain with this company & branch and it has been horrendous. The conveyancer has been completely inept, there are only 3 of us in the chain, no mortgages, but they have been beyond poor with no communication. They won't even respond to any emails or phone calls. We certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I wish this would allow me to give no stars!
