Richard and the CWH Office were great. Very professional and proactive. Received a RIC3 survey on a grade 2 listed property for purchase. Answered all our questions and provided all the details we needed. Including a call before the survey to understand any specific issues we wanted checked. Plus a post survey call to discuss results. We have had two Level 2 surveys provided by CWH Surveyors. On both occasions, the surveyor contacted me directly, asked appropriate questions about any concerns identified during our own inspection. They arranged the survey direct with the agent and kept in contact throughout the process. The final report was received in a very timely manner and the surveyor contacted me to discuss any concerns we had. All in all, 5* price, 5* communications, 5* report and 5* ease as the customer. Fully recommended and would absolutely use them again.
