This solicitor is the most useless solicitor! They don’t update you on your case or appointments. They ignore you when you need them also and the receptionists give different reasons as to why they are ignoring me. I’ve asked Michelle to contact me regarding my case a number of times, I have heard absolutely nothing. Harassment is continuing but legal aid doesn’t entitle me to any support what so ever! Avoid at all costs if you can. And if you can’t then good luck contacting them or hearing updates about your case. Because you will have to do the work.

If I could give no stars I would.
I came to this company for conveyancing as they were the cheapest.

I dealt with Kelly Wiseman and Manisha who were rude to say the least. They would give me rude comments on the phone e.g. I said I need to move in asap so how long will the process take.. and their answer was however long it needs to. Like what? On another occasion, I rang and they said hi, what do you want Zahra? It was sooo horrible the way they spoke with their tone of voice. So many times I had rude comments like that. I even had them on loud speaker so my family could hear and even they said how unprofessional they were. Both have no manners what so ever and don’t have any peoples skills.

Secondly, everything took ages. I was buying from my mum. Her solicitors were so fast and sent everything across straight away. Manisha and Kelly just took agesssssss.. weeks later I would get a call saying oh we received this from the other side.

Finally, today I got a call(June 28th) (bare in mind the house has been purchased and everything has gone through in Feb), stating that they have an audit and they don’t have the relevant paperwork from me. My dad’s passport has the wrong page scanned, my brothers ID checks aren’t there (although he did it and they must have lost it) and they need bank statements from me. Why wasn’t this checked before?

DO NOT USE THEM, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, EFFORT AND TIME. SPEND A BIT MORE AND GET SOMEONE WHOS ON IT

This firm of Solicitors have been used by my family for over 50 years and I have also used the firm for conveyancing twice, divorce and will writing.

My experience of using this firm has been an excellent one. The majority of my affairs have been dealt with via Storm Hunt.

Storm, is a true assett to this firm. I have found her to have a calm and well handled approach in dealing with some very intricate and larger than normal issues that I initially thought would be rather problematic but Storm attended to these issues with ease, leveraging situations for a great outcome.
