I would just like to say a massive thank you to Jak! I don't think I've been the easiest client, having had several issues transferring my accounts over from my previous accountant. However, Jak has just been extremely helpful and always a pleasure to talk to over the phone. Its nice, when you run a business on your own, to have someone that actually cares about your business too, which Jak does. The whole company has been super refreshing too. From the ease of using the app, a whole team of friendly people, how quickly things get done, to Katherine in payroll keeping me up to date with everything and making life so easy. After returning to the UK after 17 years aboard, and venturing into Freelancing; what can I say. DH Tuck were brilliant. From setting up our Limited Company, VAT Registration, Payroll through to monthly, quarterly and annual accounting - just superb.

There should be more stars available for me to give. I was a confused Self Assessment "on account" victim desperate to understand HMRC's policy. Sure, Google helped but not enough. Jim at DH Tuck explained where I was going wrong and was extremely helpful although I was not a customer. Any business that takes the time freely to help deserves recognition and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
