Absolutely terrible accountants. Had me on the wrong structure for VAT which almost bankrupted my business. Should have been cash accounting which they said was not possible but absolutely was. Terrible for payroll and advice in general. Do not communicate with my new accountant and charge an insane fee for doing everything wrong. Completely unsatisfactory.
