Waste of time. Paperwork given 6 weeks ago and still hasn’t been submitted to HMRC. Keep being told “staff dealing are on holiday”, “in the final stages”. No customer service at all

Would give 0 starts ride they lie at every stage andwe constantly have to ring them to get anything done will never use again and would advise against anyone else using them too.

Attitude of staff is vile

Also got fined for them putting it in late even tho we sent it all on time

No even worthy of one star, Terrible service from DR Accountancy, Tax return paperwork in on time and not submitted to HMRC on time, now I’ve lost out on the self employment grant during these hard times, no apology, no help, nothing!! Appalling service, although they are happy to take the money for the service that have not provided!!
