As other people have said, proper old school engineering company where you can actually talk to a human being on the phone as supposed to pressing buttons over and over for different options. Unfortunately they weren't successful in removing injector but injector was fused, so was impossible for them to do so. Was very pleasantly surprised to get a partial refund as I wasn't expecting it. Very decent of them to do so and I'm very grateful to them for the help they gave to a lost traveller on the road.

Used them a few times in both instances they manged to under deliver sent a crank to be ground returned sub standard finish applied to corse you could play it like a record, on the other project I sent to them they never carried out what was asked to check if the crank had any run out simply job but they proceeded to polish a perfectly good crank to a less than adequate finish in fact it was returned in poor condition and they had the cheek to charge me for it. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND AGAIN.
