Yet again another narrow minded small practice that would rather overcharge than show a level of pragmatism with a view to developing a meaningful client/agent relationship and further revenues. £1,500 for a simple deed of transfer - completely unacceptable.

If I could chose no stars I would, called yesterday left a message with the lady at reception who didn't pass on my message I called again today and spoke with someone else who said they couldn't help me till next week, All I wanted was a phone call and nobody could be bothered to do that!
