After an initial phone call, we were invited to the Amersham office for a free 30 minute consultation with Nick who specialises in this area. Nick talked through our situation with us and gave us advice on our legal rights. He was professional, clear and friendly and we were able to protect our boundary based on his information. I cannot express highly enough my appreciation of the services of Dc Kaye & Co Solicitors.
Nick acted as my family lawyer and immediately i felt confident he was the right person in my corner. All the way along he was informative, sensitive to my situation and very supportive. He was happy to explain things and take my opinions onboard without judgement.
Sejal acted as my conveyancing solicitor and even though she was involved for a short period at the end of the case she made such an impact! She made it her mission to ensure the case came to a conclusion as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst protecting my security the entire time. My experience with “DC Kaye & Co Solicitors, Amersham office“ is fantastic!

Special Thanks to Mr. Nick Hallchurch at DC Kaye who are very helpful and provided with all the information needed on money claims matter.

Summary of my experience: I walked into DC Kaye & Co, Amersham office out of desperation hoping someone could give me some advice regarding proceeding with money claim. I was welcomed by Mrs. Patricia Brown and took brief details.

Then I met Mr. Nick Hallchurch, who provided initial consultation for free of charge which helped me to understand the money claim process. He had exceptional insights and gave me all the information.

Later on he took my case with an nominal fee, prepared all paperwork for the claims & submitted to county court. I now feel confident in proceeding and hopefully with his advice, follow the right procedure to pursue legal action and filing my claim correctly

Nick is very experienced, honest and knowledgeable professional. I truly appreciate the guidance to my money claims.
