Ben Davey and his team (special thanks to Jessica, Summer and Linda) worked tirelessly to ensure the best outcome for myself. Ben would always ensure I was kept in the loop and would explain litigation to me. Throughout the case I was made to feel at ease and it was relatively stress free. I regret the day that this firm of solicitors was recommended to me for assistance with a property purchase. They were uncaring, inefficient and glacially slow. A simple purchase with no chain and no mortgage took the three months to complete. There were several changes in personnel dealing with the case, (of which, I was not informed).I sent 18 emails just chasing them for action and numerous phone calls none of which was answered. i finally managed to speak to the solicitor handling the case and she seemed taken aback by my annoyance but still refused to give me any time line for completion.
Please for your own sanity don't use these solicitors, only recommend them to your worse enemy.

I would have given minus five if there was an option. Terribly bad service. I would recommend everyone to go somewhere else even if Dean Wilson is the last option. They will try to take as much money as they can from you and don’t bother about the service. Then they will ask for more money from you.

This was a very long and very difficult process of getting a tenant that had ceased paying rent for over 7 months out of the property.
Throughout this awful and truly long process, every single time I called the offices of Dean Wilson I found absolutely nothing but patients, professionalism and action.
When I voiced concerns to Izabela Toma, Olivia Gunn or in fact any of the staff I felt always listened to and was never made to feel as though I was a burden, well done Dean Wilson!

Ben Davey and Tom Saady Gardiner supported us through navigating our Sons inquest. I cannot really even offer one star. I have found this firm completely and utterly useless. Had I not at my own volition when the partner involved withdrew his 'support', found very skilled Counsel, I believe the final result, in a completely unnecessary case, would still be trundling along with demands for fees and no results achieved. I will avoid this firm at all costs. Good legal advice can now be obtained direct from Counsel - better to have a specialist, than to waste time. That is my opinion based on my experience with this firm over the last 2 years and ongoing.
