We visited this shop today. I chose several books & went to the counter to pay for them. I stood there for quite a while whilst several members of staff, in the back room, stood there chatting. One woman looked at me twice, looked away & carried on talking. Then another member of staff, who had been fiddling about with books on a shelf just behind me, walked past me standing there & joined his colleagues chatting in the back room. Needless to say I left the books on the counter & walked out of the shop. I suggest that the people in this shop are sent on a customer care course or replaced

What a fantastic shop this is...well stocked and wonderfully set out with books and media for all tastes...the staff are second to none and friendly and knowledgeable...a real credit to the charity....definitely worth a visit if you are looking for books at a bargain price...you won't be sorry and you will find yourself returning time after time...this is the best shop in Hythe and the surrounding area
