The absolute worst solicitors firm to be working with. They are unprofessional, They DON'T keep you informed and up to date. Argumentative, un apologetic. And if one is out of the office none of your business will get dealt with.. if its passed on you will get palmed off to another person that does not know what they are doing..

You are better off doing things yourself as it will get done much quicker then these solicitors

Been quoted £250 for a job and they deducted £1400 from a sale total rip off

Oh if you make a complaint, they will acknowledge your complaint but won't respond to it, or do anything about it..

These incompetents ending up costing me ~£5000 on a simple land registry error. Worst part is they lied to me about it for more than a year so I'm struggling to even get the Legal Ombudsman to look into it.

Only use them if you want to lose loads of money, deal with their constant lies and get a whole bunch of stress out of it.

Don’t use this solicitor service

I was recommended this solicitor from my estate agent as I have bought my first house

These guys are cowboys!

Forever chasing them for ever calling for ever emailing them was taking far to long

I was speaking to so many people didn’t no who was actually dealing with my case Umer Rashid, Wasim Akhtar, Ali Rehman

At beginning they was very good but as soon they took case on it all went down hill

The amount of stress they caused was not acceptable

I was given a detail breakdown of all costing on email before going ahead

When it come to exchange contact and get my keys £500 was added to my bill when question it reply back was sorry we gave the wrong price even tho I had a full breakdown on email

They had me in corner and had to pay £500 so I could get my keys to my new home!

If you have to pay extra to solicitor plz do but avoid these guys at all cost!

Never in my life have i every dealt with such incompetant conveyancers, there were acting on behalf of the seller and after 7 months they still have not replied to the most straightforward enquiries. After escalating this to the estate agents and their parent company we thought we would see some progress only for them to go AWOL and stop answering or replying back at all! The seller had to resort to switching to another company and they have been removed from the approved vendor list of the estate agents we were buying through. COMPLETE AND UTTER COWBOYS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
