Dear DHCTranslations,
Thank you for your response. However, it does little to address the core issue at hand. The crux of the matter is not the timeline of emails or office closures, but rather the failure to deliver the promised service. As of today, January 8th, I have yet to receive the hard copies for which I paid an additional £15 for expedited postage. This is five days after the supposed fast postage date, which is unacceptable by any standard.
Your detailed account of the transaction timeline fails to justify or rectify the fact that I am still without the physical documents I urgently required and paid for. The entire situation showcases a significant lapse in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
My intention in posting my original review was not to seek further assistance from your team - as my experience has already shown the futility of that - but to inform potential customers of the kind of service they might expect. It's crucial for others to be aware of these practices and delays, especially when dealing with time-sensitive matters.
I appreciate your attempt to clarify the situation, but it doesn't change the outcome: a service not delivered as promised and a customer's needs not adequately met. I hope this serves as constructive feedback for your team to improve its services in the future.
Kind regards,
Dominica
Ps. All your replies to complaints are the same, way too long and not necessary. Why don't you reply to my refund request instead Dear DHCTranslations "owner"? ?
