I can’t rate higher than five stars but honestly wish I could.
They’ve been impeccable with finding me work on such a short notice and have stayed in touch through out the process.
They live up to the name Direct Response tenfold, as all I needed to register was a few online forms and to pop into the office with some Identification.

From day one Direct Response gave me a warm welcome at their office and showed themselves to be proficient and professional.
Within 24hours I was given my assignment to work with a local company with the prospect of the employment becoming full time.
Nearing the end of my first shift Lidia sent me a text message to ask how my day had gone, and to ensure I was happy with my assignment, which I was.
Lidia checked in with me on a weekly basis to ensure that I was still happy and OK to be with the same company the following week.
These text messages showed a great respect for how Direct Response feel about their staff when sending them out, and it was reassuring to know that if I needed support they were there to help.

Great agency to work for. Was invited in to meet Jonny and register. We discussed the type of work I was interested in. Was given work straight away and was subsequently offered full time employment with the company who I now work for.
I never had any issues, but Jonny was always available and kept in touch. He always got back to me quickly, and was great to work with. If I had not been offered my current job I would still be happily carrying on with Direct Response.
