Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. I've not been contacted by the gentleman co executing the will once. I was asked to provide bank statements to execute the will of my grandmother, provided the relevant statements with the associated cards, only to be told that's not good enough they want them written in a list. I offered to collect the details I had given them and write the clear information at the top of each statement in said list for them. They then ignored my emails for several weeks until I called to find out they had progressed without telling me and didn't need anything else.

Disgraceful. This Solicitors was recommended to me by a family member with a portfolio of properties who use them regularly. I called to ask for a quote re conveyancing fees to be told 'sorry we don't get into all that' advised only deal with clients recommended by other clients I replied I was a family member of a client and they had been recommended to me, lady replied we will only deal with you if you instruct us I replied how can I instruct you if I do not know what your charges are to which she replied 'we don't get into all that' ? I was treated like a sub class person not fit for their services, very upsetting. The attitude was if you need to ask us how much you are not for us!!!
