Dourish & Day, Market Drayton handled our probate house sale. They handled all the viewings as we didn't live locally, and negotiated the offers well, keeping us fully informed throughout. Staff are all knowledgeable both of the market and the properties they are selling. Once the property went SSTC, the sales progression team, and Nicola in particular, worked tirelessly to get us to completion with the least amount of stress. Nothing was too much trouble and it was good to know she was only a phone call away if we had any questions. I can only say that, if D&D get 5 stars, Nicola deserves 10 !!

What can I say about Dourish & Day, well, honestly they are the best estate agents I have ever had the privilege of selling a house through! Craig & Claire have worked their magic with the sale of our house. Our house went on the market on a Wednesday, we had 5 viewings over the weekend & ended up with 2 offers by the end of the weekend.
Our house wasn’t even on the market for 1 week! The professionalism of the team at Market Drayton is second to none! Claire put us in touch with a mortgage advisor, who sorted our mortgage out in just under 24 hours! Once we accepted our offer and put an offer in on the property we wanted to purchase, in less than 1 day, we have solicitors in place, recommended by Claire. In the same day, within an hour of Claire recommending their solicitors, they contacted me, advised me of their fees and they have now been instructed to deal with both our sale & purchase.
To say myself and my husband are pleased with the service from Dourish and Day, is a total understatement! We are over the moon! I cannot recommend their service highly enough. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in Market Drayton or surrounding areas, I would definitely recommend you to contact Dourish and Day Market Drayton branch.
Clare and the team bent over backward for me to view a property at very short notice, as I was only in Market Drayton for the day when i saw the property only listed the night before. I was visiting family in Market Drayton and we were moving from Wales back to the area.
The whole process of the purchase was completely stress free! Clare or one of the team kept us updated every step in the purchase process. Always with loads of enthusiasm and understanding that it is important to keep us updated so not to worry about anything. We felt like we were the only purchaser on their books, but in realisty they had a long list of purchasers and sellers to look after too. They are professional and friendly. 🙂
