Steve and the team were amazing! The whole process and online ticket system was fantastic.

After sending the broken harddrive away as instructed by the packaging and postal system they sent. We were regularly kept updated about the status of the recovery.

Having searched the web I decided on this company to try to recover my lost data after my laptop had an accident. I'm so glad I did. Start to finish they were great. Full instructions provided every step of the way and further explanations given if not sure of something. Communication was excellent. Kept informed constantly of how it was proceeding. Price of the recovery service was put in writing before anything commenced with the option to say no. Some of the recovered data was "damaged" not unexpectedly, the majority of which was photos/videos being the largest data files but still happy with what I got. My documents/spreadsheets etc were recovered 100%.
The service is not cheap but still less than a set of new car tyres and you cannot really put a price on your life history.
I would highly recommend Dragon Data Recovery to anyone in the same boat as me and a lesson learned. BACKUP!

Incredible Service and Lifesaving Recovery – Dragon Data Recovery ✨

I cannot fully express how relieved and grateful I am for Dragon Data Recovery. When my hard drive unexpectedly failed, I was devastated. I had lost not only countless passion projects but also personal, sentimental photographs that I feared were lost to the void. To make matters worse, I had an important event coming up (that I had built for months), where I was also set to participate as an editor, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. I thought my role was in jeopardy, as I didn’t think my data was recoverable.

Editing is my creative outlet and a lifeline on my hardest days, so the thought of losing everything felt like losing a part of myself. I went to Dragon for closure really, as my hard drive had been completely unusable for around 3 years after Curry's PC World broke it even further than its original state.

Steve managed to work a miracle and recover all of my photos as well as a chunk of other data that I'm thrilled to have. Steve's approach allowed me to not get my hopes up, but also gave me little updates that allowed me to celebrate the wins along the way!

It was a fairly lengthy process, but I know this was down to the state the hard drive was in and the additional work that had to be put in. Well worth using Dragon and not trying anyone or anything else if you want your data restored properly!
