Having booked in for this and were prepared to pay the price for this, I would not recommend this firm, went for some advice filling out tax return which we were happy to pay for however instead of helping we were told unless you sign up for us to do it for you then it's not worth the time and "I'm too busy". Amazingly we were actually considering doing this to make things easier each year, but given the attitude and complete disregard to help we came out annoyed and frustrated. Really is a shame as do like supporting local businesses but am instead going to Gresham and Gale also in Guisborough who after explaining the situation over the phone to them seem happy to help us to work through this with no pressure for us to sign up with them. We had the information just needed some help and advice which is a shame that this firm were unable to offer.

Terrible service, went to get some advice didn’t help us, the person we spoke to was only after money. Too busy was the excuse given for simply helping me fill out a tax return unless I signed up for them to do it for future years, I didn’t want to commit at this stage and felt pressured to do it or not have any help from them. Things could have been much better. I work as self employed and customer service should be top priority, I wouldn’t treat any customer the way I have been treated here!
