Before the money was paid, communication and the service was great. When the money was paid Joe did not care anymore, his service standard and communication, dropped to its lowest level practically overnight. Emails and texts were going unanswered, the only way I could speak to him, were by persistent phone calls, and even then I was told, he would call me back, that would take another 3 days. Meanwhile, I have customer waiting to buy my product. Honestly I wouldn't reccommend, purely because of communication skills, which is important in business. How can anyone run a business when your supplier, won't tell you what is going on, or only contacts you when it suits him

Joe and his team helped us develop a fantastic Magnesium Water from concept to completion during some very challenging times. We're on to our second production run and so far so good. Very happy with the results. The facility is modern and clean, the staff are happy which is a good sign and the production quality is excellent. Recommended.

No more than an hour later Joe had responded to my email offering to give up his time for free to help me. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe and Aidie over the past year trying to get my new drinks business over the line.
Joe is very knowledgeable, helpful and took the pain out of trying to navigate my way through manufacturing drinks. As well as this sign posting things I had missed and stayed away from any potential issues. Aidie’s flavour mixing has led to some excellent drinks that I can’t wait to get to market. Both were brilliant at finding solutions and ways to accommodate when things were getting stressful.
I’d highly recommend this company and can’t wait to be back soon for the next bigger run.
