Amazing service! Lovely staff in this place every time I visit I’m greeted by the smiles by the staff!! Post office is kept nice and clean even-through this muddy season! The lovely young lady who is at university part-time was very helpful working hard! As is her colleague with the dark hair who serves at the main counter in the post office! Always impeccable service I can rely on them for advice and helping me sort out my parcels! They helped me reduce the price significantly of a very heavy parcel that needed to be sent abroad! Will 100% be returning as I feel soo welcomed here!

Good customer service from friendly staff and this combined Post Office & general store is an asset to the town centre, conveniently located right in hub of the high street. Just about everything you need is sold here from stationary, groceries, off licence, greeting cards and much more. Recommended to use and also to support this vital town centre business.

The guy behind the desk is always overly helpful, always willing to go the extra length to provide happy customers! Really glad such a good service is so local to me, and with the amount of parcels I take there daily, I always walk away happy with the service! Cannot fault the staff here, they are Brilliant! Will continue using this Post Office!!

Have been overcharged here twice now , First time when I went to shop counter the younger man who served me, he did not give my correct change back, they didn't give me a receipt either. I made them go through their till roll and check till , but they said it balanced & would not give me my correct change back .
And more recently at the post office counter when I was posting a parcel the man behind the counter kept confusing me about what postage I wanted when I clearly stated 2nd class parcel, I realised after he had put 1st class signed for which is significantly more expensive and not what I had wanted. Will definitely take my custom elsewhere in future.

Staff are always lovely and happy to help, My partner and I go there on a daily basis due to running a business from home and needing to send the products out. Good quality products in store also! Highly recommend! =)

Wouldn't let me collect a DPD parcel on a Sunday despite DPD saying I could simply because they couldn't be bothered to go up to the post office counter and sort it out.

Been overcharged twice here, very disappointed!
The response I got was like they'd done nothing wrong.
1st time I contacted Royal Mail who gave me a refund when the guy from the shop said he couldn't, 2nd time I returned to complain and wasn't offered any form of resolution.
Aswell as overcharging I was given incorrect details of the services offered(told me Parcelforce 48 was insured to £50...it's £100), and offered more expensive options before the cheapest.
People watch out, you may well be overcharged without knowing it!!!
I have filed a complaint to Royal Mail.
