I can’t put into words what this company did for me - especially carol Maunders
Just over 4 years ago carol took on a medical negligence claim for me after an operation went wrong and left me with long term injuries . The process was very stressful but Carol always believed in me and gave me reassurance every step of the way . She was always on the other end of the phone and I never had to wait for her to respond to any of my emails or calls .
Unfortunately Carol retired just a couple of months before the claim settled and Michael Kingman took over my case - I was a bit nervous at first as I had carol for the last 4 years but I didn’t need to worry Michael was also very professional and met all expectations.
Dutton was able to settle my claim
For a substantial amount which will now change my life .
Thankyou for everything you have done for me and my family - although the past cannot be undone you have definitely changed our future for the better and for that I am so grateful we used your team

Offered their services to me for a medical negligence claim regarding my C section gone wrong but did little work / follow any leads I provided just dropped my case when it seemed too much work it seemed to me. Won’t be using again. Another practice has since took my case and found the information needed which Gregory & Dutton failed to do. Quite dissatisfied with the work they put in to assist me.

Dutton Gregory are probably the worst firm of Solicitors that it has been my misfortune to deal with during a professional career spanning 50 years !
Dutton Gregory mishandled a straightforward Estate case which resulted in an error of over £60,000 in the Probate calculation due to omission of a Capital Gains Tax liability due by the deceased and therefore overpaid the Inheritance Tax liability by more than £24,000.
I found it necessary to report Dutton Gregory to The Legal Ombudsman. Although Dutton Gregory subsequently corrected their various errors, the firm failed to pay interest on client monies held, in breach of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules.
And, by the way, Dutton Gregory charged over £30,000 fees including time spent in correcting their own errors !

OUTSTANDING… If you are like me and felt out of your depths with solicitor jargon, then look no further than this company. I have been trying to move house for many years and although I originally was at Poole branch, I was moved across to Bournemouth due to maternity leave. Now to start with I was annoyed with this BUT and it’s a huge but. I was placed with THE most efficient friendly woman AMANDA WATTS … she has worked endlessly even after her closing hours..she’s emailed me back even late at night and she has always kept me informed every step of the way. She truly is one in a million.
