I found my sessions with Becky really thought provoking and helpful in getting me get back to my normal self. She was really supportive and totally approachable, and I didn't feel judged in any way. She really helped me see things in a different way which meant I could tackle some of the issues I was facing with compassion and from a different angle.

Deciding to approach counselling can sometimes be daunting. To me it was an absolute jungle and it is hard to know where to start. From the start and throughout my sessions Becky has been supportive, warm, compassionate and truly putting me at the centre. Sometimes I have needed a nudge but she has never pushed me to do anything outside my boundaries. Nothing has been too big or too small to bring to the space. It is so important to find a counsellor you can confide in and feel comfortable with and I found that with Becky.
