My daughter has ASD so it was important to me that she was seen by someone who has experience. Gill was AMAZING. I couldn’t believe how at ease she made my daughter feel, she was gentle and made sure that Lily felt comfortable. She did such a wonderful job and she did it all in one go! Gill is patient and just was so lovely! I highly recommend for children who may be quite fussy when it comes to anyone touching their ears. Thank you so much Gill.

My 95 year old mother and I both attend the clinic to see Gill for our blocked ears.
Gill was so warm ,lovely and caring ,explaing about how as we have very narrow tubes in our ears that water would be the beat option to remove the wax.
Gill was very gentle performing the procedure and did a fantastic job.
My Mother was unable to hear anything ad her ears were totally blocked when she went in ,left saying things sounded so loud.
Gill was absolutely wonderful and my Mother and myself are so pleased with the outcome .
It's great to be able to hear again.
Thankyou Gill for providing such a wonderful service .

Never having my ears syringed before, I will admit to having felt slightly apprehensive. There was absolutely no reason to be concerned! Gill is a warm, friendly , professional lady who put me at ease. She explained what she was planning to do, and checked throughout the procedure that I was ok. There was no pain at all. I experienced a ‘funny sensation’ that I wouldn’t describe as uncomfortable. I cannot recommend Gill highly enough. It is important to look after our ears.

Gill was so lovely, explained how my ears were blocked and I had narrow ear canals. The last time I had them vacuumed the place couldn't fully clear the blockage, which left me disappointed. However, Gill chose to use water irrigation for my ears instead of vacuum and it was just so quick and there was no discomfort this time. My ears are completely clear so I will definitely be going back, if and when needed and I will be highly recommending Gill to family & friends.
