I have had previous wills written in the past by solicitors which were much more expensive & the service offered does not compare. Brendan comes to your home as many times as you require to get the exact detail, it is written and delivered along with cloud access to the will via fobs provided for executors. Customer service is 2nd to none. Explanation is clearly given. Price is very reasonable.

Dealt perfectly with my more complex will dealing with Tennant's in common home with trust, I was able to specify fixed gifts for some beneficiaries and specific accounts for others, and provisions in case beneficiaries died and what to do with residue. Was able to set out childcare and funeral wishes too. Very friendly and efficient service, and secure remote national storage. Everything well explained too.

I had a DIY will, which when I first spoke to Brenden, he told me that it really wasn't worth the paper it was written on....so we sat down together and went through everything that I have including what I needed to do regarding my businesses and talked me through the process in a straight forward manner - no legal jargon that I wouldn't of understood.

From that first meeting to receiving the draft to read through to the final document to get witnessed was smooth and professional.
