Would give 0 stars if possible but honestly the man in the office is a joke, poor communication, started getting aggressive towards me on the call and accused me of playing the victim for his miscommunication with giving me shifts. Flat out is in denial of his error and called myself and my mrs a liar. Absolute joke of an agency. Would not recommend to any people wanting jobs through the Echo Agency.

Good company to work for. Very prompt when replying to texts. Easy going nice ppl to deal with. Happy i took a job with them.

Well they advertise on the radio they have work at Avon so I call them and she tells me to call in the morning to get inducted the following night however when I called them the guy had gone out and to call back again. So I called them again and now they have no work even though they are still advertising on the radio and other places. I worked for them in avon before and they ended the contract after guaranteeing that we would have a certain number of weeks there and because I spoke up shannon has basically put a stop to offering me any work.
Don't complain they take it personal then don't give you any work.
