As an existing customer I'd of expected some help.. But they did all they could to convince me they haven't got time.. Covid apparently Although everytime I called the person I needed to speak to was on holiday for two weeks (so not that busy) They are all working from home they tell me? (that does actually mean doing some work I presume) you can try again in October? (in 3 months) I'm sure they think covid only happened to them.. And frankly getting bored with it being used as an excuse for poor customer service
