Appalling service. You can never get through to them via the phone or email. Only when it comes to nearing completion do you get a rush of emails, otherwise it's radio silence. You also have to be super proactive to stay on top of the tasks that need to be completed. I found them via Moneysupermarket. I would steer clear and use another practice.
