Wendy Yuk Wah Symon is a wonderful blend of expertise and warmth. She was so helpful and patient and offered us the time to re draft and redo our forms, when we were fumbling around not sure what to do. Susannah was amazingly helpful and warm and prompt at getting back to us. We were in an absolute tizz as we had a tight deadline to meet and did not really know what we needed in terms of a POA, for a new venture abroad with another entity. I cannot praise the services enough. The cost was reasonable also and if we win this bid, they will be our go to legal team. Terrible unhelpful and combative and smiling every time she gave us bad news. We walked in with an appointment and was asked “what do you need me to do?” Complained about everything photo copying and very unpleasant and difficult. Asked to see additional documentation that was not needed (My Degree). Do not go to these people and if you get asked to go to the Carlos place office do t bother. Terrible my fiancé was in tears after.

Update:
I had a call from the manager who was helpful and it was put down to a misunderstanding. He was professional, courteous and everything was explained. But unfortunately he was not there on the day so he went on what he was told, he IE was saying what he heard, so obviously the staff covered them selves, I must stress asking to see my university degree, and asking inappropriate questions and overall an unpleasant condescending authoritarian combative manner, thats what happened (We was there) but the actions of 2 individuals (Carlos Place) cannot represent the whole company. I must stress the person on the phone was professional and our dissatisfaction was not at the company but the 1 individual who for whatever reason was being difficult and the other staff member for not intervening and just backed up her co worker (Which is expected in a normal working environment) AND NO THEY DID NOT OFFER TO RE-DRAFT THE DOCUMENT INCORRECT! I must make it clear it was not the company but the customer service we received from the Carlos place office. Thanks to Edward for resolving the situation my fiancé has recovered from the traumatic experience and we are ready to move on with our lives. Unfortunately we won't be returning to that office but will return to another office if services are need again as I see no wrong in the company.
