Experience with all the Team was superb!!
From the start I requested regular updates and they didn't disappoint. Naomi and Hannah handled my case and it wasn't straight forward, however, they kept me regularly updated and pushed on as much as they could in a friendly and Professional manner.
There was guidance and assistance when required and always a prompt response. After sales team of Finance were equally as good with Sue and Caleb closing the case in a professional and prompt manner.

EG.Law have been great to deal with. Naomi and her team made buying my first house easy. No need for loads of calls, they have a portal which works for tracking progress and loading docs etc. Pricing came in on quote as well, no hidden costing. I’m a Poringland resident and so is this firm. Our solicitors have been waiting weeks to get basic info from them, when I called EG to get them to answer our solicitor’s numerous requests, the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. It’s a shame because I always try to use local businesses but I wouldn’t recommend this firm. I’m sure they will be swift with their invoice to their client when it completes though.

Blown away with how efficient and professional yet kind and friendly this company was!! I'd had an awful experience with a different solicitor a year ago and I'd imagined them all to be a bit scary because of it, but EG Law was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
