I found this firm to be incredibly non-responsive, and impossible to reach 95% of the time. Their standard response to most questions was “that’s in the 76 page standard form we sent you weeks ago” which was a form clearly meant to cover their butts, not serve their clients. They’re a small firm that has no real tool set to deal with you in a virtual format, but insist on a virtual format. I’ve used large national firms that do this well, and have the tools to support it. Those firms were half the price of this place, and easily 5X as good.
