Margery has been absolutely amazing!!!! Arranging suitable mortgage products with my interest at heart. Margery has been Weaving round hurdle after hurdle with calmness, humour and managing my upset or expectations and never judgemental. Margery has explained the process in a way which has kept me positive and believing any difficulties would be overcome. The result has been to access equity and a mortgage for my 2 nd house and liaising with a range of stakeholders professionally, even after a few had fallen though not from our fault.

It has a been a tough year for may reasons for everyone. Margery has gone over and beyond I know dealing with things at both ends of the day and weekends with tenacity and clear vision. I believe working from home and fluid working styles has helped my successful purchase during COVID, stamp duty holiday and my purchase with mammoth workloads. Knowledgeable, rightly confident in the advice she gave me, and an absolute stalwart support, Marjorie guided me through the rather protracted process of buying my new home in England.

Margery Gledson recently provided me with an periodic suitability review of my pension. Last year I increased my monthly pension, this year I decided to leave it as it stands.
