I completed several sessions of EMDR with Tina and it has genuinely been the best investment I have ever made. I have regained my self confidence and spark after years of struggling to process trauma. I am so happy with the results and can now live my life without the constant triggers I used to experience holding me back. Tina is such a lovely, kind, genuine person and she made me feel very at ease. Thank you!

The therapy I had from Tina was an amazing experience, I never thought that I would be able to change from how I was in the beginning to where I am now.
Tina was very calm and understanding through the whole process and then something just clicked in me and changed my whole outlook.
I would recommend Tina very highly and what she has done for myself has been a life changer.

She has enabled me to understand and overcome a very specific set of memories which have been causing me difficulties at work for many years. I would give 10 stars if i could. EMDR and Tina have been a life saver. Thank you so much for helping me! I feel so much happier. The PTSD I suffered for 9 years has been turned into much happier memories and i feel so much more able to tackle my phobia's that were ruining my life. cannot recommend enough!
