We appointed Neil from ERSS to produce a level3 survey as part of an old property that I was purchasing. We were thrilled with the level of detail and size of the report that was provided to us as well as the drone footage showing things like the condition of the roof. It has been VERY helpful with how we should focus our money on future renovations and improvements to the property as well as just giving general peace of mind as to the overall condition before completing on the purchase. In the process of buying my Cotswold stone cottage, a survey conducted by previous buyers flagged a long list of issues including some of a structural nature which meant they pulled out of the purchase. I reached out to Neil as I wanted to understand a bot more based on the report. Neil swiftly reviewed the report and was onsite within a few weeks to conduct a targeted survey. He was very good at putting things in a simple language and provided advice on aspects which needed urgent attention and how a contractor should approach the works.

At the last hour, there was also a water well fairly close to the property which had not been disclosed. Again Neil stepped in and provided advice on watch outs and provided the reassurance I was looking for.
