We moved house this summer and managed our sale and purchase through EMG. We've moved house once before and been the party in the chain who were always behind the curve, causing hold-ups with a solicitor who was never contactable. So it was very refreshing to be at the total opposite end of that spectrum this time, and to have confidence that our solicitor team was on top of everything. Richard, Paige and Susan have been excellent to work with and we'd certainly use EMG again. EMG's rates are slightly higher than most but I've learned the hard way it's worth paying the small amount extra (negligible in the context of the move) to secure this standard of service.

Whilst staff were pleasant there were often delays responding. The house we were purchasing fell through (not helped that the seller sent an email in the morning needing a response by 10am the following day). This email wasn’t forwarded to us until close of business that day the seller then withdrew from the sale. We didn’t feel supported by our solicitor in regard to a building query with the property

Richard swinbank and his team ( Susan and Paige) have done an amazing job on what for me was a difficult purchase involving fast completion and possessory deed title. The communication through out the process was perfect
