After initially reaching out to Emma to inquire about their services, I was instructed to send an email outlining my case. Despite promptly sending the email, I did not receive any acknowledgment of receipt. Upon following up the next day, I was informed that my email had been seen and that Emma would get back to me.
However, despite numerous calls and follow-up emails, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication and follow-through is highly concerning and has left me feeling frustrated and disregarded.
As a potential client seeking assistance, I expected a basic level of professionalism and courtesy in our interactions. It is disappointing to have been led to believe that my case was being considered, only to be met with silence and unanswered inquiries.

I called Emma 2 weeks ago, seeking a quote to notarize a document that I urgently need, initially she offered to do all the other needed procedures for me and was very friendly over that first call. However, after instructing me to send her an email with the information of what I needed I received no response for over a week, after I called her again to remind her she said I would receive a response in an hour or so. I received no response again for over a week, and the third time I called her she was not as polite as the first time…. She just told me to bare with in a condescending tone because she had a lot of work and said to me “you could try and look for other options but I am the only notary in the area that can do this so good luck with that”.
It has now been a week again after that call in which she said she will call me to schedule an appointment and 0 response.
This is a service that I would be paying for, so ai don’t appreciate feeling like I am being done a favor, furthermore I find her to be very unprofessional
