Avoid at all cost! I instructed this firm in my divorce. It should have been straightforward but so far it has taken 5!! Years and about 8!!! Different solicitors. As each new solicitor took over and had to get up-to-date with my case, then had different advice to the previous solicitor it has dragged on and cost me thousands! Both in fees and lost money from the settlement.

This review is for Jess Cooksey in conveyancing. She’s helped us with many properties. Get them over the line as fast as 28 day completion for auctions and every time she hit the deadline, Jess works fantastic communications great and she’s a great person to work with, she always explains everything to me in simple terms if I don’t understand stuff and she’s very patient because I’m not good with emails her work is amazing, she always picks up stuff in the contract that we don’t see and she points everything out to us and she always gives us a right advice she’s a credit to the company and she’s definitely our team for properties. He’s too many more to come.
