I've worked for a few agencies and Essential Results has been the best. A lot of the others gave the feeling that they were doing me a favour by giving me work and treated me poorly. Kate on the other hand has been absolutely fantastic.

I'd like to thank Kate personally for helping me out and going the extra step when working with me. She's been great at her job as well as going out of her way to ensure that I remained employed.

When I've had an issue with a job I felt like she had my back. Instead of just replacing me with someone who wouldn't make a fuss she contacted the employer and found a compromise so I could keep working.

While remaining professional she manged to be personable and I felt like we developed a good rapport that enabled effective communication. Previous employers at bigger agencies made me feel like taking holiday/sick was a sin but I always felt comfortable talking to Kate and felt heard and understood.

This company is very reliable and very good for giving people work. I work for this company at the moment and I have worked everyday for the last two nearly 3 months the pay is good as it is weekly and never fall to put people on to different things to have a great experience while working with the council. Awful company. Constantly post the same job online for months, getting over 100 applications each time they put it up - then shoot each person down by saying 'you have to of worked in this specific industry doing this job only'. Stop advertising the same for 6 months non-stop!
