Essex asbestos testing have been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I had the. Sample various areas of concern before I carried out any work around the house on some old flues, a couple of ceilings and some insulation. Ian carried out the sample g and was very thorough and professional.

They got an appointment for me very quickly and the price was reasonable for the work.

Results came back quickly too and very well documented and explained. Even after the sampling Ian has answered my questions and given guidance.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very professionally company.

I would recommend again and again and again to anyone who needs this service.

It's refreshing to have such good service after so many companies the last few seem so unprofessional and just not interested.

I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. Initial call was really helpful and the visit at a proposed purchase property was carried out following a discussion of the suitable areas for testing. This was followed by a test result turnaround of just over 24hrs!

Ian from Essex asbestos testing came to our house. Fantastic service. I felt totally reassured. Not only was he knowledgeable about asbestos he also understood the psychological effects it can have on people. I wasn't even sleeping with the worry and anxiety of it all. After meeting with Ian and doing the appropriate sampling the anxiety just fell away. I actually slept straight through that night.. I feel I have my house back.
