I worked with Derek Clarke and his team to help with a viability assessment in relation to an affordable housing contribution for a residential new build. The service provided by Derek and team was excellent throughout, starting with initial advice on the planning requirements and the background to the required assessment and that assessment being produced very quickly and to a great standard. Very poor experience with ET planning, pre planning assessment was not good and sent back (they acknowledged it should have been better). Then proceeded to refuse further work. Poor communications and no sense of accountability. Which appears to go all the way to the top. Recommend to avoid.
