I was visiting mum from California for two weeks and very keen to not turn into a marshmallow during this time! This gym not only prevented that, but got me back into consistent training again in my 49th year. I’ll miss coming here, the gym is clean, friendly, feels safe for a woman and had everything I needed. Thank you!

Evolve is easily the best gym in the area.
There is never any equipment laying around like pure gym etc, the staff are always polite and the gym is always clean. All the equipment is high quality and there is plenty of plates and dumbbells around the gym to use. The gym also offers great supplements and clothing.
You can tell that the owners George and Amber care about the place and maintain it very well.

Great gym, George and amber are very friendly and approachable if you have any problems or queries. Gym equipment is in excellent condition and is changed to include different and new machines regularly. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start out as they have a great culture there

I’ve been using Evolve for over a year at this point, and I can’t say I’ve ever used a gym more well equipped and homely than here. The owners are fantastic, welcoming and always willing to give advice or have a chat with. They reinvest more than other gyms I’ve been to, and the equipment itself is sourced and researched so that it’s the top of the line. Couldn’t recommend more !

Fantastic gym with an incredible selection of kit … always a great atmosphere and friendly place to train. Best gym in the area by far! The owners George and Amber really have done an amazing job with the place and always go out there way to help when they can 🙂
