Paul Barkley of Exeter Planning Consultancy was instrumental in securing a difficult Certificate of Lawfulness for a house in multiple occupation (HMO) in Exeter.
The local planning authority have proved to be difficult, devious and downright obstructive in previous dealings with this existing HMO site.
Paul Barkley proposed a strategy and its implementation following a planning refusal in 2021, which resulted in a recent success .
Although success cannot be guaranteed in every planning event, I have every confidence in his legal and planning ability to ensure the best possible outcome.
