Just completed our house purchase and sale with Paul & the wonderful Olivia. Great team, professional and courteous. Great communications, kept us in the loop at all times and we never had to chase for answers. Would certainly recommend and if we move again I know where we will be coming.

Today i called up to find out about their conveyancing costs for a property purchase, which was clearly stated on their website.

Upon answering my call I was told they don't deal with this? Just a little unsure why there is a whole paragraph on conveying costs and all fees if this isn't a service that they provide?

This is not very upfront as stated in the website. Is it me or is this false advertising

Except now you've realised it didn't have 'without a mortgage' in brackets, you have now added it into your website. ?
I'm ok with you changing as it wasn't clear that was the case. But don't try make out it was me.

I needed proof of signing my house over. Due to Covid most solicitors wouldn't do this as the job wasn't costly but these seen me within days as I was desperate for someone to witness this. Very nice professional lovely ladies, will definately be using them again.

Poor communication. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. They make their own costs up and do not communicate before billing you. Apparently a typo! Is ok with them when billing you more then what was agreed.
Would avoid this company.
