I recently had a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) with Liz, and I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and empathy. Liz made the process straightforward and put me at ease from the very beginning. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me understand the options available. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of family mediation made a challenging situation much more manageable. For a 1 hour appointment I felt I'd new Liz for ages she was so easy to talk to and she listened. Liz provided us with help and information about next steps more than any other professional body has in 10 months.
My only wish is that she could carry on supporting us until we have end results.

I would absolutely highly recommended her, Liz deserves more than 5stars in my opinion

I wholeheartedly recommend Liz as a mediator. She was consistently calm, empathetic and understanding throughout my sessions. Her manner and approach puts you at ease immediately; much needed in difficult situations. I also found Liz extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated her guidance.

Liz was the worst ever! She talked over me the whole time! She made decisions with my (now not)ex that was not realistic and I did not have a say to. Made me feel like a generally bad person. Not an impartial person whatsoever. Me and my partner got back together after mediation because we got a PROFESSIONAL mediator who let us have our say. I cannot believe how much Liz made him do mediation after very lengthy working hours where he was not in the right state of mind! There was nothing but animosity between me and my (was ex) when we were under liz but now under a different mediator where we both got to speak.. everything is so much better. You get what you pay for people.

Mediation is never and easy subject and taking this step was something that i have put off for a while, Liz was extremley helpful! I had worried for nothing. I was guided through the process and asked some simple questions and Liz took care of the rest. Thank you High praise!
