Took weeks and weeks for the 2 simple beam 'designs' to come through and then when I got them, I can see they are not viable and unable to be installed due to clashes with other structural elements. After 2 further design revisions, still no viable design and when I ask for a refund, I get an invoice for the revisions. Did not properly survey the site. Did not read my specification of requirements. Does not and will not provide any calculations to support the design.
All in all, a bad experience. Avoid them.
And take a look at their website. Very impressive indeed. Then take a look at their offices at Faraj House. Looks very much like an empty HMO. Faraj House.... really?
