Damien Pickup got in contact with me incredibly fast, and walked me through the process. Donna is massively holding up the process of my purchase by failing to send over key documents. Myself, estate agents and my solictor have chased repeatedly to be told they'll be sent 'asap' Not sure what asap means in her world but I'm still waiting after 2 weeks! Not impressed

A gentlemen called Mathew Jemson dealt with me as my solicitor for half of the time & he was brilliant, he unfortunately left & then Jane Chadwick took over my case for the last 12 months. Only wanted a C100 form completing for the county court. I paid £300 for it to be completed then had it returned to me twice. There was missing pages! Went to collect again and STILL missing pages. Slow and poorly organised!
