We had a small porch and custom canopy/carport built by Paul from FBI. Paul took my original 3D drawing and expertly put together a raft of highly detailed and extremely accurate drawings, the drawings them self were excellent. From there Paul and his team (and with some help from me...) built the steel frame carport and porch. There were challenges but Paul was determined to get the job completed to a high quality. The pictures speak for themselves. The work did take longer than Paul and I expected, but we both wanted to get the best result and Paul was very happy to work with our ideas and improve on them with his own suggestions. If you want it done right, then Paul and FBI CAD & Design Solutions are a great company to get involved with.

We purchased a barn which already had planning consent for conversion, but the plans did not meet our needs. Paul helped us to achieve a design which was right for us. Paul resubmitted the planning application and arranged for a structural survey, ecology survey and flood risk assessment to be carried out; a requirement of the planning consent. We found Paul to be very professional and supportive through the various planning stages and applications. All the trades involved comment on the quality and detail of Paul's drawings. Nothing is too much for him and he always had a solution for any problems we encountered.
