Diabolical company, excuse after excuse for NOT collecting our kerbside waste, now they're not even making an effort to collect missed collections. We pay the Council for this service, yet we are now expected to take it to our local recycling centre at our own cost, disgraceful, whoever sourced this new contract needs to resign, they clearly did not do their due diligence.

I am sick of hearing from both FCC and South Hams Council about staff shortages to do with Brexit and COVID, rubbish (pardon the pun), these are convenient excuses to mask inefficiencies by FCC and the Council and are becoming tiresome, the Council went cheap and got what they paid for, a cheap service at our expense. They tried to fix something that wasn't broken and now we have nothing.

Useless - have been waiting for trade waste to be collected for a month- will not answer phone calls and dealing with the third party South Hams Council is also not reliable. Totally incompetent. They should not have been awarded the contract.

Ever since our waste collection in South Devon was placed with this company it has been a disaster.

We have rude staff, numerous missed collections, huge lorries in narrow Devon lanes and plastic bins littering our villages and lanes.

I’m losing faith in , ffc they can never get my wages right or not having me on the Rotor, like I don’t exist !!!

Quite possibly the worst company I have had to deal with !! 5 weeks the council have been telling them to collect our waste and every week they drive past and leave it no wonder some of the review's say great company to work for you obviously don't have to do a lot just drive by and ignore your tasks / work pathetic
